Keeping track of the latest product and food recalls can be a challenge for any consumer, so Consumer Ally has collected them all in one place for you to check each week.

Here is this week's roundup:

• Hamilton Beach recalled 300,000toasters because the heating elements can remain energized and could ignite if an item is placed in the toaster, creating a fire hazard, said the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Hamilton Beach has received 15 reports of toasters that didn't pop-up as intended, including three reports of minor damage to kitchen cabinets. So far, no one has been hurt. Included in the recall are the company's classic chrome two-slice toasters (Model no. 22600) with series codes that begin with the letters C or D, and have the format of CXXXXBI or DXXXXBI, where XXXX is a four-digit number ranging from 0190 through 5290. The model number and series code are printed on the bottom of the toaster. The toaster has a chromed steel exterior, a front control panel with a rotary toast shade selector and function buttons arranged in an arc, a front removable crumb tray and Hamilton Beach printed across the front of the toaster. Consumers should call Hamilton Beach for a new toaster at (800) 379-2200.

• Adventure Playsets recalled about 240,000 of its wooden swing sets sold at Walmart, Toys R Us and other stores nationwide between 2004 and 2007 because the posts in the fort section can rot and weaken, creating a fall hazard, the CPSC said. The company has received more than 500 complaints about the weakened wood in the plastic-coated uprights and one report of a fall when the ladder failed, resulting in bruises and scratches. The recalled swing sets come with swings, slides and ladders. Each set has a fort that uses green or cranberry plastic-coated 2- x 4-inch wood upright posts and a green nylon fabric-covered shade. The sets were sold under the following names: Bellevue, Bellevue II, Belmont, Durango, Durango II, Sedona, Tacoma, Tacoma II, Ventura, Venture II and Yukon. The name is printed on the manufacturer's instructions that came with the swing set. The CPSC lists the model numbers on its web site. The agency said the company recalled a number of these products in 2009 for a similar issue. • Nestle Purina PetCare Co. recalled 870 bags of dry cat food sold in three states because it may be contaminated with salmonella.
• Consumer complaints of a foul, moldy odor prompted McNeil Consumer Healthcare to recall almost 61,000 bottles of Tylenol Extra Strength Capletsin 225-count bottles.
• Topson Downs recalled 2,100 Bar III women's dresses sold in the Impulse Department at Macy's nationwide because they don't meet federal flammability standards, the CPSC said. The recalled dresses have a checkered, multi-colored, and black pattern called "Mint Chili Combo" and are fully lined with a sheer rayon outer layer. They were sold at Macy's stores and online from March 2011 through May 2011 for about $60. Consumers should return them to the store. • Club Car LLC recalled 800 golf carts and hospitality vehicles because the brake pedal mounting blocks can crack and fail, causing loss of braking power, the CPSC said. So far, no one has been hurt. Included in the recall are model 2011 DS vehicles. The CPSC lists the specific models and serial numbers included in the recall. Consumers should call Club Cars for replacement mounting blocks at (800) 227-0739 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m EST.
• The Shade Store recalled 45,000 Roman shades because of the risk of strangulation due to the shade's cords, the CPSC said. No one has been hurt. The recalled shades were custom-made out of fabric and woven wood and sold online and at five stores from February 2006 through March 2011 for between $120 and $355 per shade. Consumers should call the Window Covering Safety Council for a repair kit at (800) 506-4636 or the company at (800) 754-1455.
• Wm. Wright Co. recalled 48,000 Roman shade make-it-yourself kits sold at Walmart, Jo-Ann Stores and other shops nationwide because of the strangulation risk, the CPSC said. Included in the recall are all Wrights "My Home Make-It-Yourself" Roman shade kits with item numbers 1451007001, 1451008001 or 1451008001A. The item number and "Wm. Wright Co." can be found on the back of the package. Consumers should call the companyfor a repair kit at (800) 545-5740 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. EST.
• General Nutrition Corp. (GNC) recalled 2,500 bottles of GNC Women's Ultra Mega, Ultra Mega Active, Ultra Mega Energy and Metabolism, and GNC Prenatal Formula with Iron multivitamins because they don't have a child-resistant cap, the CPSC said. Because of the high level of iron in the vitamins, a child could become seriously ill or die from ingesting them. So far, no one has been hurt. Consumers can return the vitamins for a refund or replacement. The CPSC lists the lot numbers affected by the recall. CallGNC at (888) 462-2548.
• In a similar recall, International Vitamin Corp. recalled 12,000 bottles of Live Better One Daily Tablets and Live Better Complex Vitamin B50 Tabletsbecause they don't have a child-proof cap, the CPSC said. The recalled supplements were sold in white plastic bottles. "Live Better Complete Multivitamin One Daily Maximum Formula" is printed in blue and red on a white label on one product, and "Live Better Complex Vitamin B50" is printed in blue and green on a white label on the other product. They were sold inA& P Liquor, A&P, Pathmark, Waldbaum's, The Food Emporium, Super Fresh and Food Basics grocery stores in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, D.C. between June 2009 and October 2010 for about $8 each. Consumers should call the company for a replacement cap at (866) 927-5470 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST.
• Sage Creek Organics recalled 600 boys and girls pajama sets that were part of the Enchanted Forest Collection, Forest Friends Collection or Golden Dragonfly Collection because they don't meet federal flammability standards, the CPSC said. Consumers can return the clothes for a refund. Call the company at (877) 513-2183.
• Cost Plus Inc. recalled 1,000 wooden animal drums because the paint used on the product contains high levels of lead, the CPSC said. Included in the recall is a wooden hexagon drum with pictures of animals on the six sides. SKU No. 424857 is printed on a sticker on the bottom of the drum. Consumers should return the drum to Cost Plus World Market for a refund. Call the company at (877) 967-5362 between 7 a.m. and midnight EST.
• JFC International Inc. recalled all UCC and Taitan Instant Drink Mixesbecause they contain milk not listed on the label, the FDA said. No one has been sickened from drinking the mixes. The FDA lists the products and the UPC numbers included in the recall. Consumers can return the mixes for a refund. Call the company at (800) 633-1004 weekdays between noon and 8 p.m EST.
• Eagle Produce LLC recalled 1,750 cartons of cantaloupes sold at Sam's Club stores serviced by the Johnstown, N.Y. and Pottsville, Pa., distribution centers because they may be contaminated with salmonella, the FDA said. The fruit was sold between June 2 and June 17, 2011. So far, no one has gotten sick from eating the cantaloupe. Consumers can call the company at (480) 323-6177 weekdays between noon and 8 p.m. EST.
• Endo Pharmaceuticals recalled Endocet (oxycodone/acetaminophen) Tablets, 10 mg/325 mg 100 count bottles, NDC 60951-712-70, Lot No. 402415NV and No. 402426NV because they could contain a higher dose of acetaminophen than is listed on the label, the FDA said. So far no one has been sickened by the tablets. These lots were distributed between April 19, 2011 and May 10, 2011, directly to wholesalers who are located in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico and Tennessee. The wholesalers may further distribute to other retailers and wholesalers nationwide. Lot numbers can be found on the side of the manufacturer's bottle. Consumers can call the company's agent at (866) 723-2681.
• Risvold's Salads Inc. recalled its seafood salad and seafood pasta salad because it may contain milk, sunflower, sesame and soy not listed on the labels. The salads were sold in store delis in Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregonand Washington. The FDA said no one has gotten sick yet from eating the salads. The salads have use by dates ranging from 6/27/11 to 7/17/11 (The FDA lists the specific dates). Consumers can return the salads for a refund. Call the company at (323) 770-2674 weekdays between 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST.
• Specialities Agro Alimentation recalled 5,700 pounds of imported bonelessSerrano ham because it could be contaminated with listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service said. The ham was shipped to stores nationwide. The USDA didn't release a list of stores. So far, no one has reported getting sick from eating the ham. Included in the recall are 11-pound cases of "Noel Jamón Serrano Boneless Spanish Dry-Cured Ham" and "Bloc Noel Serrano Ham" with production codes "11000481" or "11000119" on the shipping container and the label on the ham.
