Sim Lian Group announced on Wednesday its latest development Centrale 8 at Tampines will go on sale from Thursday.
Located at the junction of Tampines Ave 5 and Tampines Central 8, the development comes under the Housing Development Board's Design, Build and Sell Scheme
A total of 708 residential units will be available for ballot.
These are made up of 182 three-bedroom apartments, 348 four-bedroom and 178 five-bedroom units.
The indicative price range for a three-room unit is between S$397,000 to S$510,000, while a four-room unit will cost about S$531,000 to S$683,000. A five-room flat will cost between S$685,000 to S$880,000, the firm said.
Applications can be submitted online at www.simlian.com.sg from June 16 to 21.
