With reference to Increase in Price, TCI Industries Ltd has clarified to informed BSE that there is no such event or information having a bearing on the operation / performance of the Company including any price sensitive information etc. which was needed to be informed / disclosed and as such the Company is unable to comment on the increase in price.

The Company has further confirmed that there is no pending announcement, which in Company's opinion, may have a bearing on the price / volume behaviour in the scrip.
