They include the National Solidarity Party's (NSP) secretary-general, Mr Goh Meng Seng, Ms Hazel Poa and Mr Tony Tan, and the Singapore People's Party's Sin Kek Tong and Socialist Front's Ng Teck Siong.
A potential candidate from NSP, Mr Nazryn Azhar, 29, an accountant from an Australian university, was also present to collect his certificate.
Mr Goh, who is leading the NSP team in Tampines Group Representation Constituency, would not confirm where Mr Nazryn will be fielded.
Mr Goh says he wants the National Development Minister, Mr Mah Bow Tan's commitment that the NSP can run Tampines Hub if the NSP win the elections.
Mr Goh says this will mean that all funding for the Hub will remain intact and all relevant authorities involved in the building of the Hub will give their full cooperation.
Mr Goh repeated his challenge to Mr Mah to have a dialogue with the NSP on housing issues, at a townhall or on TV.
