South actress Kajal Agarwal’s Bollywood debut ‘Singham’ is hitting screens today. The actress, who has been having good time in the South since the start of her career, has pinned great hopes on the film to cross over to Bollywood from the south.

But the actress has fallen ill on the eve of the film’s release, and while her co-star Ajay Devgn and director Rohit Shetty are busy in promoting the film, she has to stay indoors.

The disappointed Kajal said that she really wanted to be a part of part of the Singham's promotions but kept indoors on doctor’s advice.

She added that she would take part in the promotional events if she gets better in a day.

Kajal Agarwal has been working hard ever since she returned home form Europe after shooting for Telugu film ‘Dhada’. She has been travelling between Mumbai (to promote Singham) and Hyderabad (to shoot for the Telugu film). And finally, when the big day came, she was caught with severe flu.
