Gabriel

It seems obvious that model Gabriel Aubry will have no trouble picking up girls.
But he seemed determined to prove the point when he hoisted his adorable three-year-old daughter Nahla into the air with ease in Los Angeles today.
The pair were enjoying some quality time together in the midst of an acrimonious custody battle between Aubry, 34, and his Oscar-winning ex-partner Halle Berry.
Little Nahla has inherited some of the best genes in the business from her sex-symbol mother and Calvin Klein model father.
And she was almost unbearably cute in a pink summer dress and pigtails.
Muscular Gabriel used his free hand to carry the youngster's drawing book and backpack as they walked to his car.
Gabriel is currently in the middle of a bitter custody war with Catwoman star Halle.
Last month she was back in court with her powerhouse attorney Laura Wasser in the latest round of their feud.
Her lawyer presented the custody judge with a thick folder detailing all of her former partner's alleged wrongdoings, according to U.S. website RadarOnline.com.
The Monster's Ball actress is claiming Gabriel broke the rules of their custody agreement and even went so far as to allege he has been negligent in his care of the youngster.
Diabetic Halle follows a strict diet and is said to enforce similar rules on the toddler, which the insider claimed the model was not been enforcing.
The source said: 'Gabriel said there was a nuclear level melt-down last week because he gave Nahla pizza on one of her 'non-cheat days.'
'He's basically being totally micro-managed and has no freedom when it comes to his daughter.
'Every single time he doesn't follow every rule, or do things by the book, he's slammed.'
Following the court appearance the judge set a further hearing for a later date.
It was only two months ago Halle claimed they were sorting out a custody arrangement for Nahla, but negotiations hit a stalemate.
The pair split last April 2010 after spending just less than five years together as a couple.
Halle has claimed her daughter 'cries hysterically and throws tantrums, whenever her father picks the toddler up for visits', according to TMZ.
Earlier this year, the actress drew criticism after revealing that she believed her child was 'black', despite the fact Nahla is mixed race, and Aubrey is white.
She told Ebony magazine: ‘‘I feel she’s black. I’m black and I’m her mother, and I believe in the one-drop theory.’
The ‘one-drop theory’ is a reference to laws passed in the American Deep South in the last century, which dictated that if a person had so much as ‘one drop’ of black blood, they could not be considered white.
