CINCINNATI -- Residents of Cincinnati will not have any excuse to be bored this holiday weekend as the city will be having plenty of shows over the four-day weekend.
This Fourth of July weekend will keep Cincinnatians busy with 35 different fireworks shows held in various sites around the city.
The following is the complete list of when and where each show will be held:
FRIDAY
Madeira will be holding their Independence Day Festivities at 8 p.m. The event will be located at Sellman Park, 6700 Marvin Ave, near the Madeira Middle School. Foods booths and entertainment will be provided. Madeira Mile starts at 6:30 p.m and the fireworks display begins at 10 p.m.

The Cincinnati Reds present the PNC sponsored "Reds, White and Blue Fireworks Show" that will start at 10:30 p.m. at Great American Ball Park. The show directly follows the Reds vs. Cleveland Indians game. Extended post-game fireworks show will feature soundtrack of Hall of Fame rock legends, starting approximately 15 minutes after the end of the game.
Union township has a full night of events that begin with a parade at 6 p.m. that goes from US 42 from Union Kroger to Ryle High School. Then at 6:30 p.m. the local bluegrass band will perform at the Union Community Building. The 113 US Army Band will perform next at the Union Community Building at 8:30 p.m. and the day will conclude at approximately 9:15 when the "Thunder Over Union" fireworks begin at the Union Community Building.
SATURDAY
Aurora, Indiana, will hold its 21st Aurora Firecracker Festival that will kick off with live entertainment beginning at 4 p.m. at the end of Fourth Street and continue until 10 p.m. The fireworks will begin at the conclusion of the live entertainment.
The Beach Waterpark will mount its Celebrate America Fireworks Show with a "dive-in" movie presentation of "Despicable Me" and then the Rozzi's Famous Fireworks show will follow at 11 p.m. The water park is located at 2590 Water Park Drive, Mason. Fireworks are included with admission to the park.
Fort Thomas kicks off their Independence Day celebration at 3 p.m. with a car show, car parade, games, inflatables, food, drink, beer booths and music. The firework show will begin at 10 p.m at Tower Park located near S. Fort Thomas Ave., Fort Thomas.
Kings Island in Mason will be holding their annual celebrations with a new twist. Snoopy’s Starlight Spectacular, a light show, starring favorite characters of the Peanuts gang will be a main attraction before the fireworks. The Eiffel Tower and patriotic music will be the backdrop for Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks display that will begin at 10 p.m. Included with admission: $52.99 at gate, $35.99 online.
Independence will have their second day in a row of live music. The CEF band will be the main act for the night that will begin around 4 p.m. and conclude with fireworks at 10 p.m.
Madison, Indiana, will be holding a air show that will begin early in the day and then the fastest boat in the world will be shown off at the river. The main attraction, the Regatta Fireworks, will begin at 10 p.m.
SUNDAY.
Blue Ash and Kroger are presenting three main stage bands that include Exile playing at 2:30 p.m., Blue Sky Riders playing at 5:00 p.m., and Kenny Loggins closing the live entertainment off at 8:15 p.m. The firework show will be presented by Rozzi's Famous Fireworks at 10 p.m.
Reading will have a firework show that will begin at 10 p.m in Koenig Park. Rain date: July 4
St. Bernard will have music, rides, and food at a local festival before performing a fireworks show done by Rozzi's Famous Fireworks at 10 p.m at Ross Park. Local officials asked the audience to bring blankets and to not bring coolers or glass bottles.
Coney Island will be holding their 12th annual Larosa's Balloon Glow.The day will start at 5 p.m. with Q102 playing live from the Python Coaster. At 6 p.m. stilt walkers and jugglers will be performing in Moonlite Square and at 6:30 the University of Cincinnati Bearcat Band Jazz Ensemble will be playing in the Moonlite Square Gazebo. 8 p.m. will mark the time that the Balloon Glow will start in Moonlite Mall and the Rozzi's Famous Fireworks will put on a display at 10 p.m.
Fairfield’s annual Independence Day celebration "Red, White, and Kaboom" on July 3 includes festivities at Harbin Park, the launch site for Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks, Village Green Park, and the Fairfield Aquatic Center. Tune into ClassX Radio 88.9 FM for the live broadcast and simulcast of the fireworks soundtrack that will begin at 10 p.m.
Kings Island in Mason will be holding their annual celebrations with a new twist. The Harrison Recreation Commission is hosting a 4th of July Celebration. The Harrison parade begins at 2:00 pm through downtown, followed by a day of family entertainment from 5:00-11:00 pm at the Community Center. The fireworks will begin at dusk.
Fountain Square will be hosting their own firework show at the corner of Fifth and Vine Street. The night begins with a Toyota-sponsored showing of "Iron Man 2" followed by the Koorsen's Fourth of July Bash Fireworks at 10 p.m.
Moscow Independence Day celebration begins with a parade at 1 p.m. and then music by a local DJ at 6:30 p.m. The fireworks will begin at 10 p.m.
Mount Healthy will introduce their "Independence Day on July 3" celebration with a kid's parade at 5 p.m. and then live music following right after. The fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m.
MONDAY
Downtown Cincinnati will hold a celebration of their community, the country's birthday and their veterans by holding music, food and family activities throughout the day. The "All American Birthday Party Fireworks" will begin at 10 p.m. near Pete Rose Way.
Ault Park will be kicking off their 46th annual "Red, White, And Blue" festivities with a children bike parade at 10:30 a.m. and music provided by a DJ at 6 p.m. The fireworks presented by UDF will begin at 10 p.m.
Colerain Township will have food, refreshments, and activities for children and adults throughout the day. The firework show will begin at 10 p.m.
Edgewood will have live music by Red Idle, a classic rock band, that will begin at 7 p.m. Food and drink will be available throughout the day until the fireworks begin at 9:45 p.m.
Evendale Fireworks will have a Rozzi's Famous Fireworks Show at 10 p.m.
Hamilton will start off with a parade at the Butler County Fairgrounds at 10 a.m. and will proceed to Route 4 and then to High Street. The parade will conclude just past the Butler County Court House on Front Street. There will be a patriotic ceremony with music, color and pageantry immediately following the parade at the historic Butler County Court House. At 10 p.m. the day will conclude with a Rozzi's Famous Fireworks show.
Mariemont Independence Day Fireworks Show will begin at 9:30 p.m. and will be combined with music by Richard Gegner.
Mason, who thought that they wouldn't be able to have a fireworks show because cuts in the local budget, will be having one after all! The fireworks will be presented by Prestige Fireworks, a Mason-based pyrotechnics company. Vendors will be selling alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks and snacks prior to the show that will begin at 10 p.m.
New Richmond Independence Day Fireworks will begin at 10 p.m. at the New Richmond Riverfront.
Norwood Hometown Fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m at Shea Stadium. Food, games and entertainment will be available. No smoking, alcohol or pets permitted.
Stricker's Grove 4th of July Fireworks start at approximately 10 p.m.Ride tickets available for purchase; ride-all-day armband, $14. Free admission; $5 parking.
