Olivia Lum, CEO and president of Hyflux Limited, Singapore, last night received the global prize Entrepreneur of the Year 2011 by Ernst & Young during the award ceremony held in the Salle des Etoiles in Monte Carlo. Olivia was chosen from among 49 national finalists competing for the title, who in turn deserved the award for Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in their countries of origin. This year there were more women present than ever finalists, six in total.
