P0sixninja, one of member of chronic Dev Team has recently confirmed through a tweet that he is diligently working on the iPad 2 JailBreak and some of the other stuff. Also, he apologizes as well as thanked for the delay and your patience.
Chronic Dev Team through their blog already inquired that they will keep hold of the ETA which p0sixnija told during the My Great Fest 2011. However, they couldn’t guarantee that the iPad 2 JailBreak would arrive in weeks time. On the other hand, they will release the greenpois0n with the limera1n exploit plus comex’s untethered JailBreak soon for iOS 4.3.3. It seems that wether it’s @comex or @p0sixninja, the iPad 2 JailBreak will not be released until iOS 5 comes out of beta.
If any of the devs releases the iPad 2 JailBreak before iOS 5 final release, the probability that Apple will fix the exploit in the next future update is very high. One thing is very much confirmed at this time that iPad 2 JailBreak will be available in few months.
