Greyson Chance

Greyson Chance has revealed the title and cover for the upcoming freshman release of his debut album. He stated that he chose “Hold On ‘Til the Night” because it is his favorite song. The thirteen-year-old has been quite busy over the past year since he was “discovered” by Ellen DeGeneres and brought onto her show to perform after staff found his middle school talent show performance on YouTube.
In addition to making several appearances on the Ellen Show, Chance has appeared on the Disney Channel show “So Random!” He has been hounded by the paparazzi on the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards and most recently at the premiere of “The Green Lantern.” He is currently on the Waiting 4U Tour with Cody Simpson.
The young teenager is said to have written a majority of the songs and has been working in Los Angeles with Ron Fair and the Matrix to finish the album which is to drop into stores on August 2, 2011, just before school starts as promised by Greyson. What songs will be on the album? Most assuredly his three most popular which include the title cut “Hold On ‘Til the Night” as well as “Waiting Outside the Lines” and “Unfriend You.” Will he be including the Lady Gaga song “Paparazzi?” Perhaps the album, which is highly anticipated and touted as being “epic,” will include a duet with the Queen of Little Monsters herself! Wouldn’t that be a kick?
For now, fans of Greyson Chance will just have to be satisfied with the unveiling of his album cover and continue guessing what songs will be on the album although according to Just Jared Jr. new tracks to be included are “Purple Sky,” “Heart Like Stone,” “Summertrain,” and “Take A Look At Me Now.”
