After allegedly plowing into multiple parked cars, ex-CSI star Gary Dourdan was arrested at 3:50 a.m. in Los Angeles, CA.
According to E! Online, the arresting officers' investigation at the scene led them to arrest Dourdan because of their suspicion that he was in possession of a controlled substance.
Dourdan was booked at the LAPD’s Pacific Community Station for felony drug possession, officer Sara Faden told reporters. TMZ says that cops found a “a few pills" of ecstasy.
The 44-year-old actor is due back to court on July 7, as he is out on $10,000 bail.
However, this is not the first time that Dourdan has been arrested for drug possession. In 2008, an incident In Palm Springs left Dourdan pleading guilty. He was arrested for possession of cocaine and ecstasy. However, he avoided prison by entering a drug-diversion program.
