It must be painfully monotonous dealing with the same kind of issues over and over again, you wonder as anchor Pravesh Rana announces in Lucknow on Wednesday opening of Season 3 of Emotional Atyachar, the show on UTV Bindaas that puts loyalty of one of a couple to test in a sting operation.
“Every case in every season has been different from the previous ones or the ones that follow. The novelty can never wear out because it is an individual and original case everytime,” smiles Rana.
In Season 2, we saw Ajay Devgn making an appearance crossing the purpose of promoting his film Once Upon A Time in Mumbai, along with co-actor Emran Hashmi. In the third season, Rani Mukerjee, John Abraham and Ranbir Kapoor will be seen sharing screenspace as the real life drama of infidelity unfolds.
“People willing to check out their partner’s faithfulness contact us and our research team in turn checks out on them. The stung party is shown on TV only after their consent in writing,” said Rana about the way it works.
“The show reveals how frivolous relationships are these days. People today are impatient and move on the moment they get a bigger, better deal,” reflects Rana, who has signed in to play the main role in a film by Tigmanshu Dhulia, based on Shakespeare’s Hamlet, for which he will begin shooting September onwards.
