PRICES for certificates of entitlement increased across the board at the end of June's first open bidding at 4pm.
Premiums for commercial vehicles and motorcycles saw the largest increase.
Commercial vehicles premiums closed at $29,006, 26 per cent higher than the premium at the last bidding on May 18. Meanwhile motorcycle premiums went up by 23.7 per cent to $2,491.
Among car COEs, premiums for Cat A (cars 1,600cc and below and taxis) soared the highest by 13.6 per cent to end at $53,390.
Cat B (cars above 1,600cc) closed 11.9 per cent higher at $63,000.
Prices for the open category, usually used for cars, also went up by 9 per cent to $62,000.
Notwithstanding motorcycle premiums which fell in the last bidding, the percentage increase for each category was more than double that of the previous exercise.
