"Jackass" star and daredevil Ryan Dunn died at age 34 in a Pennsylvania car crash early Monday morning. April Margera, the mother of Dunn's costar, Bam Margera, confirmed the sad news to TMZ.
Dunn appeared in all three of the hit "Jackass" films alongside Margera and Johnny Knoxville. He had recently landed a gig as the co-host of G4's "Proving Ground," which debuted last week.
TMZ reports that Dunn and an unidentified person perished in a crash in West Goshen Township around 3 a.m. It's unclear who was driving before the crash, or
whether alcohol was involved. Late Sunday, however, Dunn Tweeted a pic of himself drinking with pals.
MTV released the following statement on Monday: "We're deeply saddened by the passing of a member of the MTV family, Ryan Dunn. Our hearts and thoughts are with his friends and family."
