Don't expect to hear wedding bells again for actor Ryan Reynolds. The Hollywood heartthrob just doesn't see himself getting married again.
In an interview with Details magazine, the 34-year-old guardedly discussed what he has been through with the divorce from his wife of two years, Scarlett Johansson.
"Anyone who gets divorced goes through a lot of pain, but you come out of it. I'm not out of it yet. At all. But I sense that as I do come through it, there's optimism. How can there not be? I don't think I want to get married again, but you always reevaluate these things," Reynolds explained.
The actor, who starred in the rom-com "The Proposal," also admitted that he is glad that he is not in a relationship at the moment; he said that he has been in some sort of relationship since high school.
E! Online wrote that it was surprising that Reynolds opened up at all about the divorce and his feelings since the actor is normally very private.
Although he told Details that the media did not receive an invitation to his marriage and is not invited to his divorce, he acknowledged that he is glad that both he and Johansson took the high road and gave the tabloids nothing to report besides made up stories.
The interview took place in Cape Town, South Africa where Reynolds is filming the CIA thriller "Safe House" with Denzel Washington.
Reynolds' next movie, " Green Lantern ," based on the the DC Comic, is expected to be a summer blockbuster. It is set to be released June 17.
