Salman Khan’s Ready will be releasing soon and the latest song from the upcoming film - Character dheela has come under the scanner of movie buffs for its striking resemblance to Shahrukh Khan’sPhir Milenge Chalte Chalte from Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.

Turns out that both Khans have taken inspiration from past superstars for their songs. Shahrukh found inspiration in Raj Kapoor, Dev Anand and Shammi Kapoor, and Salman has now found inspiration in Raj Kapoor, Dilip Kumar and Dharmendra.

In Salman Khan’s Character dheela the veteran actors feature for a short while in a funny manner, with Sallu imitating Raj Kapoor from his film Shree 420, Dilip Kumar from Mughal-e-Azam and Dharmendra from Sholay. With Zarine Khan playing the part of Nargis, Madhubala and Hema Mailini.

On the other hand Shahrukh Khan’s Phir Milenge Chalte Chalte inspired from RK’s hit track Pyaar hua ikraar hua, lyrics included, saw him imitate the stars with full comical getup, with the ever popular Kajol playing Nargis.

Well there you have it; the coincidental resemblance is because both Khans take inspiration from the legendary Raj Kapoor. We have included both songs in the following pages for you to enjoy!
