The petition was filed in court by Stern, who was practically a co-star on her Anna Nicole Smith Show running from 2002 to 2004 for E! Entertainment Television.
The transfer was signed, and according to reports, Stern is now awaiting an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court over Smith's claims on the estate of her late husband, billionaire oilman J. Howard Marshall.
