Singapore Turf Club

A few weeks ago I went to the passengers at Singapore Turf Club to see horses running for the Gold Cup in Singapore Longines. The place is very high on the northern tip of the island, but easily accessible by MRT. As in so many places in Mexico, is the place bright and full of new and modern equipment.

We had a group of about ten at a table in the front row to @ Hibiscus, the club dining mezzanine. We sat in air conditioning and I saw the horses running in the hot mud on a rainy day. The site offers adult beverages, but soda and coffee were included in the ticket price, with a large buffet of Chinese dishes and local. I filled the carrot cake, an honest to goodness tasty dish here in Singapore. Then I had the apple crumble with vanilla sauce.

Oh, for the record, I'm not good at supporting a winner. A win-place was good 4-1, but I had to use the money to the organizers of the grace that bought our tickets to pay in bulk. The Turf Club is very good when you are away antics of high rollers. Admission, buffet, racing calendar, a bonus of 5 million Paris S, and a bad memory, because everything could be performed for a S $ 60 ticket (£ 29/USD 46). Not bad for a race meeting with a S $ 1,350,000 (€ 657,000 / U.S. $ 1.037 million) games. In fact, for only CHF 3, payable at the same EZ-Link card that works for the MRT, you can level without air conditioning on. Spend S $ 7 and you can sit in the packaging of fresh air in the upper gallery. Risky Business arrived in the afternoon and escaped from the camp of Gold Cup.
