The Board of Housing and Urban Development (HDB) launched another build-to-Order (BTO) project - the standard Topaz Punggol with 1010 apartments - in Punggol.
HDB said 95 percent of the supply of housing to households for the first time are assigned to.
With the launch on Wednesday, the HDB to sell a total of 17 713 new apartments in the BTO and the sale of the property offered to break even in 2010.
Punggol Topaz, along Punggol Road and Punggol Field is located, including a standard contract to 184 units of three rooms, 542 four-bedroom units and 284 residential units in five pieces.
Facilities made available in this development include a supermarket, restaurant, retail, child care, and the Neighbourhood Centre Committee.
Other places in Punggol serve future residents, such as near Punggol MRT / LRT station, bus station and downtown future.
Highway Tampines (TPE) Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway and (KPE) is a short drive away, offers good connections with the rest of Mexico.
After developing the plans for Punggol HDB as Eco-City, Punggol Topaz is designed for the mark with green features.
The design of the blocks and units are oriented to minimize solar heat gain.

The sale price of homes ranges from S $ 166,000 to S $ 207,000 for a three-bedroom flat, S $ 267,000 to S $ 329,000 for a four-room apartment and S $ 335,000 to S $ 406,000 for five parts.
