Lonnie  Franklin Jr.,  58, a  former engineer of the  city and the  garbage collector in  Los Angeles, was  accused of  murdering 10  women between 1985 and  2007. He pleaded not  guilty.
When police searched his apartment after his arrest in July that more than 1,000 photos and hours of videos of women found many of them naked and in sexually explicit poses, which goes back 30 years.
After five months, officials have failed the women who appeared in the images and the fear that some of them could locate dead.
They published some pictures and submit more attractive to women if they are alive.
The "Grim Sleeper" has been given the name due to a difference of 14 years between the murders. Seven victims were discovered between 1985 and 1988, and three between 2002 and 2007.
