Lindsay Lohan

The Betty Ford Center has an employee who has accused Lindsay Lohan triggered the attack on her, saying that the employee violated patient confidentiality by talking to the media about the case.

    This is the first time the renowned rehabilitation center has dismissed an employee for violating the privacy of the patients in the media, said the center.

    The plant does not have the name of the employee concerned to the police report 12 December, but the dismissal came after TMZ.com has posted a video and a woman complained that the actress injured her wrist poster and a bracelet.

    "When patients come to the center for treatment, reach a safe place where their identity is protected, where anonymity is guaranteed,"the center said in a statement. "Unfortunately, December 21, 2010, with one of our staff breached patient confidentiality by talking to the media and the broadcast of a protected document. This employee was terminated from the Betty Ford Center."

    Palm Desert police investigation concluded on 12 December incident in which a technician Lohan said in a collision on the morning beaten.
