Cory Booker

As a snowstorm hit the northeast a few days ago, the mayor of Newark, New Jersey Cory Booker started, Twitter as a tool of public administration.

Residents of the city swarmed Booker Twitter account (@ CoryBooker) requests for help, and not to disappoint.

Booker and his staff move into the streets and sending plows in areas where residents said they were in the snow

And this is not the first time the mayor of the micro-blogging site Twitter has been used to help residents of Newark. He personally excavated at the entrance of the Year Eve one year old New this year, after the daughter of the man standing on your situation.

While some believe elderly residents Booker is a waste of time online with their obsessions, the mayor is to win a few points in popularity throughout the country. His national profile has helped the city receive a training allowance of $ 100,000,000 Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Booker has also participated in two documentaries about his life.

We give the mayor credit for reaching people and to avoid the dirty work for most of the politicians.
